The Company Andriy Builders Limited (ABL) was established in May 2017 and was involved in the several domestic renovation projects in South Hampshire (Portsmouth, Southampton and surrounding area).

From October 2017 until June 2018 ABL been involved as plumbing and heating subcontractor in new build project of 450 m2 bungalow in Horsham, West Sussex – installation of UFH, 4 bathrooms sursed from 16 kW air sourse heat pump.

Since October of 2018 ABL been involved as a mechanical subcontractor of MIB Construction on Vernon House, 5-8 St Mark’s square, renovation project. It is a six-storeys listed building in Camden town – our contract included the installation of 64 Shower rooms, the same quantity of kitchenettes 130 radiators, and Central Ventilation Active Extraction system. Plant room installation of cascade of gas fired boilers, total capacity 380 kWt. New 4000L water tank, cold water booster set and 3x700L Hot water calorifers. Previous pipework installation was completely removed and CH system and DHW and BCW supply was newly installed using copper pipework and press-fit fittings. As well was reinstalled all 19 vertical SVP stacks, which mean all overground waste system was newly installed as well, alteration and improvement of existing extraction, galvanized steel, the system was provided to reach any new shower room or living area.  During a project we were in close cooperation with the M&E team as well as architects, weekly meetings let as to coordinate all alteration of the project drawings up to date. It was a good experience of teamwork.

Next, a big project was in cooperation with MIB Construction as plumbing subcontractor – Luis house, 33 Medway Street, Westminster. It been completed from October 2019 to March 2020. We have installed and improved 20 new toilets and showers in this hostel for SAV Group as a property owner. As temporary use prior to the general refurbishment, this project was not involved any M&E specialists, so all re-design and improvement decisions were suggested by myself in accordance with client representative.  Later on in the same building we additionally converted 4 cleaners facility to the shower rooms, to increase the quantity of shower facilities per person and reduce the risk of Covid 19 transmission.

From February 2021 to September 2021 ABL were involved in Park house project, 1 Manor Park road NW10 4JW where are 31 bathrooms been re-plumed and all new pipework re-installed, exchanged all concealed toilet cisterns, newly installed back to wall toilets, vanity units with basins, shower mixers, and bath wastes.  All combination boiler been tested all been servised for GAS Safe annual two was exchanged two repaired using original parts. replaced if is the option.

Heating and cold water supply system were tested and repaired. Existing cold water storage tank and booster double pump been serviced and repaired.

From Oktober 2021 until January of 2023 ABL been involved as mechanical subcontractor in the general refurbishment project of MIB Construction as the main contractor – 44 Augustus Road, Wimbledon london. It is a 84 self containing flats servised accomodation with the several share facilities. During the project all previous plumbing installation was decommissioned and removed. All new central heating system was installed - over 240 radiators and dual fueled towel rais. 84 new shower rooms,84 WM, 84 kitchennettes with DW 4 share kitchens with DW. In accordance with M&E engeneers from Energy Lab been completed new Plant room with Hamworthy cascade boilers total capacity 508 kWt and two hot water calorifers for 750L, Existing cold water tank been cleaned and desinfected. 32 new SVP risers been installed using Valsir acoustic pipe. In each studio in bathroom and abowe kitchennet been installed extraction ventillation, ducted to the external wall.

In the small gaps between the big projects we have been involved in several smaller domestic projects as MIB Construction subcontractors, for example,159 Queens road SW19, 351 City road project, or 35 High Park Gate hotel bathrooms refurbishment. During the projects been installed private.

Also we have a good working relationship with several building contractors with who as subcontractor we done several of private dwellings Central Heating and Domestic Hot and Cold Water systems installations in new build or refurbishment projects eg. Newly built 6 bedroom House at 83 Manor road, Chigwel, 4 bedroom house 72 Park street on Mayfair, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house 81 Southborrough Road, Bromley, 4 bedroom 4 bathroom 81 Grove Park Road, Sidcup, many smaller projects. All thats property included UFH systems gas fired boilers and Unvented HWC’s.

Company have Public Liability Insurance with AXA for 5 millions.
